GES has been lucky enough to get an SCRD grant to help us reduce our waste! Paper towels that have been used for drying clean hands will now be collected, composted and diverted from the landfill. Intermediate students from Ms Eliza’s class will be our “Hammy the Hamster Heroes”, performing weekly collection and weighing the amount gathered. In June we will report on our success!
