Parent Advisory Council
The Parent Advisory Council at Gibsons Elementary School is a strong advocate for the needs of students. The parent group supports a daily hot lunch program from the school store, weekly recycling, grocery receipt tape races and the occasional fund raising event.
Meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday of the month, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the school library. Babysitting is provided. All parents are encouraged and welcome to attend.
This is a great place to find out what is happening at the school and how to best support your child.
The parents are always looking for family members to help out with the hot lunch program. If you are available for 20 minutes at the start of the school day or 90 minutes from 11:30 -1:00 p.m. to help out with the hot lunches your valuable time is appreciated.
